Further than 50 miles out? On-lot buildings can still be delivered — we quote the haul — but the better route is usually a custom build, which ships free to any Florida address and gets built to your size and colours instead of whatever happens to be on the lot. How Buying Off The Lot Works

Buying a building that already exists is faster than ordering one. There is nothing to schedule into a build queue — it is already finished and sitting on the lot.

1. Come See It

We are at 8205 State Rd 207 in Hastings, about 15 minutes from St. Augustine and 15 from East Palatka. Walk inside it, open the doors, check the headroom. Or text us and we will send more photos.

2. Claim It

3. We Deliver It Free

Delivery and setup are free within 50 miles of the lot, and most on-lot buildings are on the customer’s property within a few days.
